Mingx Side Chair by Driade

Konstantin Grcic’s 2017 design for Driade, the Mingx Side Chair draws its aesthetic vocabulary from classical Chinese furniture traditions. This refined piece seamlessly bridges historical craftsmanship with contemporary industrial design, available as a chair, armchair, or compact lounge variant. Each iteration features a coordinated leather seat that echoes the metal frame’s sophisticated palette, creating visual harmony.
